Location
The site is located on Powers Road, Seven Hills. The facility is an existing high clearance industrial building with approx 7000sqm of internal area located on a security perimeter fenced lot. DA planning submission has been lodged with the local council to convert this facility to a Tier 3 + data centre providing onsite Trigen gas based power and chilled water generation.
Description
The existing facility has been used over the past 12 years as a centralised call centre for one of Australia‘s major banks. With the tenants departure the site and existing facility now lends itself to being repurposed. The facility will provide 3 separated data halls with a combined computer floor area of 2400sqm . Electrical design can be provisioned for ICT loadings of up to 2500 watts/sqm. The design includes appropriate Plant room areas dedicated for tri-generation of 6 megawatts.
